Refund Policy

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS & REFUNDS

  • We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and with all packaging intact.

  • Items that show signs of use, damage, or missing components will not be eligible for a refund.

RETURN PROCESS

  • Customers must notify us before returning an item by contacting info@peacefulmoments.com.au and providing order details.

  • Once the return is approved, we will provide instructions on where to send the item.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

REFUND PROCESSING

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the item is defective or incorrect.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

  • If the item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photographic evidence.

  • We will offer either a replacement, store credit, or a full refund, depending on customer preference and item availability.

PERSONALIZED ITEMS

  • Personalized or customized items cannot be returned unless they are defective.

  • Gift cards and downloadable digital products are non-refundable.
